Giveaway Terms & Conditions
These Rules contain the participation conditions that are applicable to the competition (Giveaway) organized by Heatsail nv and Group nv.

Entries will open at 3:00 p.m. PT on November 26, 2021 and end at 6:00 p.m. PT on December 5, 2021 (the “Entry Period”), after which time the Heatsail Give Away will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
One (1) winner on Instagram. Winners to be chosen on December 6, 2021 and notified by 5:00 p.m. PT that day.
One (1) prize per winner consisting of the following (the “Prize”):
One Heatsail DOME MIDNIGHT or SNOW
Value up to € 4.000,00

The Heatsail Giveaway is open to all legal European and UK residents who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of entry.
Heatsail (or its designee or representative) will select the winner(s) of the Prize(s) among all entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner will be selected by Heatsail based on engagement. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. Winner will be notified via direct message (DM) through Instagram.
If there is no response from the winner after 2 days, Heatsail will choose a new winner. The first winner will then expire.
No purchase is required for entry. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Delivery address must be within the EU or UK. Transportation costs are fully reimbursed by Heatsail.
Heatsail NV has control over the data in the context of the contest. We use data for organizing and conducting the contest (managing entries, selecting a winner, etc.) and for analysis purposes (because we think it is important to keep certain statistics of the contest or action). Only when the participant has given his/her consent, we use data to send certain communications (newsletters and/or commercial actions and promotions). This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not share data with third parties. We retain data for up to 1 month after the end of the contest, and to the extent that the participant consented to its use for other purposes, no longer than necessary to process the purpose for which it was collected.
